Here are some pictures and description of the house for rent in Trinidad, California.

You access the property through automatic gate and security keypad.   Two separate entrances lead to the guest house.  Guest's rental quarters are above the garage and private from the main house. 

The rental consists of approximately 4100 sq ft of living space.  This includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full equipped kitchen with dining table, a nice living room and sitting area with desk.   

Enjoy incredible views of the Pacific Ocean from large glass doors and windows.   

The living room opens up to a private deck with a nice view of the pacific ocean, perfect for enjoying the evening sunset. The whole house is perfect for a large group, family or company retreat.  The bedrooms also has a small walk-in closet, extra blankets, dressers and small desk.  Bathrooms has full bathtub and shower. 

The kitchen has full size appliances and basic cooking items like pots and pans, silverware and dishes. There is also a microwave, blender, coffee maker dishwasher and double door fridge.    Enjoy jaw dropping views of the Northern California coastline from the living room, dining areas, kitchen and deck.

There are two private entrances to the house. Main house where the rental is located and the guests house where the owner stays.

We are located a few minutes outside of Trinidad, California on an epic 3.5 acre oceanfront property. There is even a rugged trail to the private beach.
